Todd, We may have the luxury of a choice between the pending rulings in Delaware and progress beyond the ongoing negotiations described in the 10Q. Also a longshot is a settlement in the Mitsubishi case. The other day, Mitsubishi described plans to enter the PC business in the US. They may not want to have those lingering patent problems with a Silicon Valley pioneer in the way of a successful launch. Gus
