that's the case where the Court decreed itself to be the supreme of the three branches.

I didn't like the case when I first read it, and I still don't. Frankly, I think majority of the branches should rule -- if both the Congress and the President, both of whom take the same oath the justices do to support and defend the constitution, then that should be it.

But I lost this argument back when it was first argued, and I'm still losing it.
