Pester from Another Board All Shareholders Should Demand he Resign He is A Investment Traitor to Stakeholders Interests:
The Board "EVALUATED" Part III 17 minutes ago Jack Pester,(PUMP JOCKEY AT LARGE), had real energy experience in the Energy World. This pump-jockey owned a bunch of service stations when Teddy Boy gave him a chance to be in the Big Leagues as a board member. And by the way, say what you want about Ted Venners, he never has sold any stock for his own benefiet. Jack can't say that. It's also a fact that Ted stepped down from the board because it was the right thing to do even though he owned around 5 million shares and still does to my knowledge.

In Jack Pester's world he doesn't believe what's good for the goose is good for the gander. No, he'd rather go down with the ship in hopes of having a purpose to play with the big boys like Grady and ride on Buffett's Jet. Jack's not a team player. Let's "look under the cover" at Jack's history while selling BIG blocks of stock in KFX and EEE. Back in 2004 he sold a 50 thousand share block. The sale was done in a way that directors sometimes choose. Jack put an order in triggering a sale if the stock hit $11.00 a share when the stock had shown signs of momentum touching $8.00. On a huge upward trend the stock hit $11.00 and Jack (the ripper) Pester laughed all the way to the BANK, while the stock got hammered when the insider sale filing of such a huge order being sold by a Director hit the wire. Now, that's a team player for you. You may remember another sale of 50 thousand shares by Jack Pester at a price above $17.00 per share in 2006. Ole Jack the ethical had put another one of his sales orders in when the stock was far lower. The difference this time was that after Jack's order to sell had been placed,it has been said jack had information as a director of what an absolute disaster the plant the problems were in Gilette from a freeze and also massive other design problems that had not been disclosed by the company to the public. Jack's opinion according to someone else was that he didn't have an obligation to pull his sell order because it had been placed by him prior to the problem being discovered.(fair game, I don't think so.) That's Ethical behavior you'd not expect from even your typical service station "pump jockey" doing bogus mechanical repairs on your car that only needed an oil change. I quess one should expect from a TEXAN "PUMP JOCKY". 'Good day' Rating :
