Take a look at TQNT. In my view, kinda similar position in the cycle as ADPT + a comfortable cash cushion. I'm a long-time AMAT investor (I usually take large position in the teens and sell off bits after it runs). The current run in AMAT took me by surprise, as I wasn't expecting an upturn for at least another year or two. May be portending interesting things for some of the smaller semis (many which have been in a horrific bear market and are trading in the single digits) and tech in general.
