I saw Sarah Palin being defended on CNN by Campbell Brown yesterday, who pointed out that a woman's appearance matters more than a man's, and that's just "a fact". She said that if her co-anchor Wolf Blitzer showed up without makeup, it wouldn't even be noticed, but if she showed up without makeup, everybody would notice.
