You presented a very meaningful opinion, in your previous posting, namely you were expressing a thought as to whether or not CVIA would announce the completion of a deal in conjunction with any planned share consolidation strategies?
Here is my opinion, of the possabilites!
First! Jack has consistently expressed his concern in trying to do everything possible in having the long standing and loyal CVIA Shareholders, not be swiftly brushed aside, as a result of any/all merger/acquisition activity! ( Just my opinion!)--In other words it's my impression that Jack truly has the interests of the CVIA Shareholders at heart!
Secondly! This is only a guess, but if I were Jack I would like to think that I would be wanting to give some window of opportunity to any/all CVIA Shareholders that have supported his efforts on a loyal and trusting basis, since Jack started this " One Man Crusade!".
And by this I would like to think that the initial major/good news that we hear is advising of the finalized merger / acquisition ( nothing else!)......
Then at some later point in time, as the situation requires, I would then expect that any/all details of any necessary share consolidation efforts/ activities, would then be presented!
Now! As I know! I'm not Jack! So I am only expressing my guesswork or speculative opinion! Time Will Tell!!
In my opinion I believe that I have exhausted , this area of my speculative thoughts to the point of being repetetive!
As I have suggested before, I have done what is right for me, but I do urge that everyone does what is right for them!
In a few minutes I will make one more posting , covering some thoughts/feelings/ opinions that I have in regards to the CVIA share price that drifted lower towards Friday's business close!
