"gonna have to remain in agreement " Do you mean disagreement? First - I thank you for your civil response. My coming response is directed at the concept of CO2 capture and sequetration - not you. The concept is idiocy imo. Even if it is mandated the time and cost to retrofit existing facilities is beyond huge. Anyone serious about CO2 reduction needs to look at nuclear power. If GW is happening from CO2 it is going to happen - plain and simple. China is opening a new coal plant a week. We have huge needs for investment in this country with assured payoffs - health care, education, infrastructure. It is - I know the word is offensive to some - pure idiocy to waste huge money on a maybe. Bob
