George, it sounds like you're already voting your feelings. The master plan (shhhh) is for everyone else to do the same! I strongly encourage all who think the board has done a good job the past year to vote for them. If not.....you have the alternative to vote NO! Together we have a LOT more shares than Frank so the vote is in the hands of the shareholders who are exercising their right to fill out a job performance report on top company management's performance, the same as I and most other folks get at work on our jobs. Also keep in mind that Frank has sold a lot of shares and is no longer the single largest stockholder so the possibilities are endless! We'll all know more soon enough. Bruce
