SSP or other OTC-BB expert. I don't understand why mm get away with non-fills with limit orders at or above the ask. I had a non-fill on ROVC today with my limit order above the advertised ask price for more than half an hour. Why is a bigger fuss not made over this? NASD rule 3320 states it is illegal. Please enlighten me.
