Why not allow prices to go down and find a bottom? From that point, the only way for prices to go will be - up. I can not fathom why, after this huge bubble in housing, the politicians would refuse to let it deflate. Their interference with better business practises caused this fiasco and their interference will prolong it and make it worse......
