Chen:...I don't know what to make of the marrage..but tomorrow
should tell..bet compuserve wants at least 1 share for 2..
if so that could take this sucker down to $28, in a hurry..
heck compuserve has more book value than AOL..nether one are
worth over $12..you can bet whem ole H&R gets paid in shares,
he will dump them ASAP, whats the idea of selling one just
to get another..H&R Block wants out of the network biz
and he owns 80% of CSRV..you don't think he's going to keep
AOL stock..so after the adjustment..he'l start unloading..
he dont care about the other 20% of share holders
he will make money if AOL goes to the teens...thing is he can't dump his 80% of compuserve on the market with out it going to about $2
there is not enough float for him to get out...so he'll take
what he can of AOL stock..and it will be easyer to dump
and he will dump it <G>
If this deal goes through you will see one hell of a sell off
right after the shares are issued.
