First question, Yes all DRAM makers raked money in last year. Next question. The other makers spent their money on building 16 mb fabs while MU spent its money upgrading its 4 mb fabs and then realised that maby a 16 mb fab would be nice so they started UTAH. Ofcourse we all know what happened to that don't we. So the main reason that they are behind is because they are running out of cash to spend on R&D and new facalities. Translation, late to the 16mb market. They will never be able to get the high margins needed to recoup the cost of development like the early guys. JMHO Jim
