yes. In Brazil they eat chocolate ants and they live forever. Drosophilia is a fruit fly, so the effect should be the same. Elegans is a flat worm. Worms are high in anti-oxidant and protein. The only drawback is you mate every 5 minutes, reproduce ever 15 minutes, you live in cage where scientists enjoy tearing your wings off under an X-Ray gun and your children are happy mutants that eat crap. The message is, don't worry, eat crap and he happy. Eventually your troubles will fly/crawl away.
