Technicals weak, market (bear) 4 of 5 stocks go down in a bear market. Odds better for shorting. IBD shows E rating for distribution, Relative strength is 11, C rating for mutual funds that hold it. Cheap can always get cheaper. But I use moving averages now and trendlines to trade. It still hasnt formed a proper bottom, neither has the market. I think stan weinsteins book how to profit in bull and bear markets is great. I shorted more today.
