Hank, I can't say for sure, but I wouldn not be surprised if those rumors of lawsuits are true. Why? Let's review a few things that we know probably or certainly happened.

1) Rhodes probably forced Babish and Koch out in power struggle. You could tell from your e-mail from Babish that there was no love lost between them. Your e-mail also stated that Babish was trying to force a shareholders meeting. He can only do this through a court order, which he should be able to obtain. It's an open and shut case that a court can and will order PRLN to hold a stockholder's meeting. It's just a matter of when this will happen. So already we know Babish is involved in some legal proceedings against the company.

2) Rhodes has demonstrated an arrogant contempt for the stockholders by refusing to hold a stockholders meeting. He demonstrated a contempt for the stockholders by refusing to release a news story when Colin Cambell resigned. He didn't even release a news story about Koch's resignation until after the company that hired him released a newswire. I bet that if the hiring company didn't release a news report we would not have heard of Koch's resignation. He has demonstrated further contempt for the stockholders by refusing to answer their phone calls or e- mail questions. If he has been arrogant and contemptuous in his dealings toward us, would it be surprising if he was arrogant and contemptuous in his dealings with Babish? I bet he his approach to dealing with people has done plenty to sow the seeds for a lawsuit.

3) It is obvious Babish still cares about the fate of the company. Otherwise he wouldn't be spending his time forcing a stockholders meeting. Perhaps he views the meeting as his best chance to regain power and get Rhodes kicked out. I think he obviously wants to get his side of the story out to the stockholders. Yet he has been silent. Why hasn't he told us his story. Part of the reason could be a confidentiality agreement. But if I'm not mistaken, a confidentiality agreement would probably only cover trade secrets. I doubt it would bar him from discussing why strange activities were occurring in the company. Could his silence be an indication that he is involved in lawsuits and is under a restraining order?

All the above is idle speculation. Take it for what it is worth.
