Will we will have to break 1000 before real panic and fear sets in? In the last 2 weeks, people I personally know starting putting their $500-750K homes on the market because of losses -- stocks, not jobs. Those stories have been in the news, but IMO until you personally know someone who has met that fate, it is just a story. DuPont is one of the largest employers in my area. I am expecting more homes on the market after DuPont's 4% reduction announced last week. Unfortunately, I don't live in the $1million plus neighborhood. I am here waiting with the vultures. Merry
