Any investor who plays the "hypothetical" game will quickly drive themselves insane. You seem smart enough to know that.

No one, not me, you, MST or anyone else on this board has made as much as they hypothetically could have on this or any other stock. I'll give you that. Is that your point?

You quoted your unverifiable YTD gains. I simply responded with the verifiable and comparable gains anyone who has owned and held ASTN since 1/1/99 has made (on paper of course). FWIW my cost base is about $2, so I'm "only" up 244% on that basis. Poor me.

Long term longs have done well by this stock. Short term shorts have done well by this stock. Congrats to both, but it's all rather irrelavant to me. Where are we going from here and why? If you think this stock is going to $1, please share your reasons for believing this. However, "because it's a POS" does not qualify as a good reason. And since the 144's have also flowed like water the whole time this stock has risen by 300%+ since 1/1/99, they don't necessarily have a good predictive track record either. How about telling us why you don't believe VWAP volumes will ever reach the levels expected by Ashton management?
