Redman, my understanding is that shares can only be registered if they are issued.

Otherwise what are you registering? How can you register shares that have not been issued? If I am wrong, somebody please correct me.

Most likely the bondholders will convert as soon as they can. The sooner they convert the more shares they get at the cheapest price. Hopefully they will have to wait 4-6 months as we have been told.

But there are absolutely no guarantees the stock price will be higher than it is now. In fact with the additional number of shares overhanging, it could well be lower.
