The killing of 850 prophets of Jezebel. The showdown on Mt. Carmel. Eventually Jezebel was thrown off the palace roof and cast to the street where chariots ran over her and the dogs devoured her. SHE is a devouring spirit herself , mudering, fearless, CONTROLLING, intimidating; but really STUPID for her total lack of regard for Gods power and the authority of a Godly man. She attempts to bring down men of God with a spirit of lust and sexual impurity; but women are her target, and her battle plan is to reach the men by using women where she uses women's emotional responses and sharp tongues. Remember that Christ said that the spirit of Elijah was upon John the Baptist....WHO HAD HIM KILLED.......Herodius the wife of Herod..I'm RIGHT !! You see how Jezebel uses women. It was also the daughter of Herodius that danced for King Herod to entice him in making a stupid mistake; you see another woman that was used.
