I can almost see how a misguided doctor might lose touch with the Hippocratic oath long enough to deny a patient an ankle repair if they are grossly obese, but what does smoking have to do with it?

Here it is again. I can just see the next 19 terrorists having jobs as doctors in formerly prestigious hospitals after socialized medicine squeezes most of the profits out of the medical profession.
