You are a diehard Bushie and I don't believe a word you're saying. In fact, Bush-delay cut levee funding dramatically in 2003 to send the money to Iraq. And the response after Katrina was abyssmal. Just awful. Including to rich whites on the Mississippi coast. Just as Trent Lott or Joe Scarborough.
