I would not be surprised, and who knows what else given the possible different organizations that a great deal of capital can hide. "Follow the money" has always yielded results. We should. Don't forget, that most of our present enemies, at one time or another have been our 'allies' and trained them well. List is long and already well known... Castro, Somoza, Hussein, Bin Laden and many more.
