Good evening Vaughn, and other SI community members, I patched the following together over several hectic hours.
I too had the opportunity to read Kaisers TWG report. Fast Frank mentioned “JK told me he spent days writing it.” on his forum, Famularo’s “Diamond Exploration in Canada" Forum stockhouse.com
But I would rather have some information than none and I would rather have real indications of potential than BS and TWG at least offers that. What other diamond jr do you know of that does?
Funny how many of his picks are companies that partnered with DeBeers…(or so I recall). Talk about snail pace exploration, and how about the information vacuum DeBeers creates!
Did he go to any of this trouble to question the BS results every one of those plays he pushed with nothing but moose pasture that had no possibility of finding economic ore?
I haven’t had a chance to read many of his reports, but I have followed his NWT exploration picks like GGL, Mountain Province, etc. Can someone rhyme off a list of his picks over the years? I would say his track record is worse than most of the investor / traders I follow here at SI.
Vaughn, Check out canspecresearch.com and look at his checklist. What do you think?
Back to the “Tracker” 16 pages, 9,000 words. His writing and presentation style leaves a lot to be desired. Readers that want a well organized report that highlights key points effectively should look elsewhere.
He did make some good points though. He said that the failure to precede bulk sampling with resource delineation drilling, petrographic analysis, and micro diamond analysis was a misuse of capital. I agree with him on that point. We spent to much on a bulk of Trongat without the data to justify the expenditure. Herman is willing to gamble to fast track discovery and development. I am particularly concerned by the graphic of FT, where millions of tons of kimberlite are imagined. twinmining.com
His cowboy approach could be a good thing in the end though. We will see.
Red flags with your herring? I prefer pickled herring myself, with pickled onions. Why use the phrase red herring 20 times, but cover only 6 of those tasty fish?
How many words did I take to say that Twin Mining Company Limited may not have had all of the diamonds from the 18 ton mini bulk from Freightrain were inspected by Diamond trading NV? 35. JK took thousands. Why is this worth trying to understand by a subscriber? How many companies can or will say even 50% of diamond recovered were better than boart?
Poor Twin. Claptrap. Manic. The list goes on. Tooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many words. (OK SH - I haven't ignored Love Chic. I can see him on Air Farce one day.)
And why talk about our friend Will? Who has covered Twin with excruciating but sympathetic detail, tinged with a nagging doubt that what he wants to believe just isn't so in reality.
And Wills misleading use of longest dimension micro-macro counts, which are compared endlessly with Diavik's longest dimension macro counts.
Will Purcell, you are an gentleman. A smart shrewd gentleman. I can read between your lines. I cant stand being baffled by bullshite.
I won't go into details here, says JK. Oh me oh my.
Poor who?
PS: Kann JK deutsch schprechen? And what volume trades on Berlin exchange?
PS2: I checked the OSC Bulletin yesterday - No insider trading on TWG, SUF (The best bet on the market today). But wait, Pure Gold, Mountain Province. What's going on there?
Newfiebullet. Out. (I loved that!!!!!!!!!!!) |
