I learned from my experience is that when dealing with small stocks it is best to sell when the volume is abnormally high on the upsurge. No matter how you look at it, it is trading way too rich for reasonably greed-averse investors.
The numbers you give sound very good, but wall street analysts are famous at making continuous revisions. It doesn't take much of a downward revision for the stock to tumble and actrade is no exception. I think you are stretching all the way out to the end of a small limb or at least you are instructing someone to stretch out for you.
