I bought it at Longs Drugs for about the same price. The secret is that it is .085% Lidocaine. This is a topical anesthetic that is very restricted. Put it on when I got home and all pain went away. If you have any kind of skin problem, I recommend you give it a try.

I like it so much I checked Amazon and they have a 4% lidoaine that I ordered. I will have it on hand for any heavy duty skin problem.
