Don - What world are you living in? Don't believe this nonsence. why can't we finish on time? It's COBOL, the COBOL programmers are clogging up RTE 95 from Fflorida. Or the companies will just buy new computers. Yes, the Gov't is behind. But does that surprise you? DDIM is a very small company and IBM, CA et al want the market. Do you think they will loose it to DDIM? :) BellBoy
