Is there any point in discussing the merits of approving at the special meeting the increase in authorized shares from 100,000,000 to 250,000,000? There certainly wasn't much information in the proxy material. Is this in the interest of shareholders or not? Do we want to buffer management from an "unwanted" takeover? With a September 9th meeting date there isn't much time either.Thoughts?
