I imagine that they have thought of it. Many companies that do that are ones that are sitting on their laurals though. A buyback signals that they could not get a better return by investing in themselves ie. more exploration or more production.
SUF has so many projects and so much promise that it would be a shame not to develop some more of them. I expect them to turn out a lot of results and the share price should take care of itself.
And of course, nothing speaks like success.
