Frankly, I do not see a bottom forming in RDRT chart. APM tried to form a double bottom in recent days, but that now seems to be crumbling. I've learned the hard way not to predict bottoms except perhaps in hindsight after breaking above the ten-day price channel. Right now that would be rising well above $15.75.
