Are you in one of the NH border towns - with an overabundance of MA refugees??

I'm guessing that I might be just a bit north of you and I walked right in and voted, no line. The longest line was just outside the door where the boy scouts were selling their candy bars!

I saw lots of "I Voted" stickers around town - so I think the turnout has been good here. (What surprised me a little was that I didn't see more students from the college in my district going thru last minute registration. That line was empty.)
