Answer to post 2778 Slave society would echo my sentiments exactly. The focus on the material side is so intense that the society can no
longer produce the kind of reasoning minds as experienced in earlier history ie Plato Epictetus Socrates and the biblical Solomon who of course produced the proverbs and ecclesiastes and played such an important role in leading society into the future. Considering the
restricted ability of the homo sapiens to absorb knowledge I fear for the children of today's society as they are so bombarded by the various media components in that the effect of obfuscation may be disastrous and is even now being witnessed by unconscionable acts of violence resulting in death. This is due to an abandonment of leadership by the parenthood from a totalitarian point of view that I
find more and more oppressive of my spirit as I age. Capitalization in my posts is merely a sign of respect.
