I made a lo-carb, spicy, chocolate pudding this afternoon by melting 1/2 bar of Dagoda, xocolatl, dark chocolate chilies & nibs, with 10g of sugar, on 50% power for a little over a minute in my microwave. Then I added a 'healthy' portion of heavy whip cream, and 1 packet of Splenda and heated it, gently. Wow, was it delicious.
