Rick, you asked: "Does Rhodes see any of this?" I have no idea if he monitors this thread. He must realize that the stockholders are not happy with him and that at least some of them consider him the enemy. He's doing everything he can to hang onto power and the stockholders are the only ones with even a remote chance of getting him out of power. If he feels he is at war with the stockholders then it would be smart for him to learn as much about their thoughts and how well organized they are as possible. It is always a good idea to know your enemy. And what better way for him to monitor us than reading this thread. Of course, I don't know if he has the time since he is trying to run (or is that ruin?) the company by himself. And I don't know if he has any internet savvy. And he may hold us in such contempt that he doesn't care what we think. So I have no idea if he is monitoring us or not. If he is smart he is reading this thread. But a number of his decisions make me question his intelligence. Robin
