SYMM just emphasized small cells for new products.

Short message system of small packets had been used by twitter for higher capacity data transfer in the atm mode.

Newer products for carrier class can use upto 75 ghz in data centers. Thus increasing number of small packets data transfer in short distance.

Atomic clock can be divided by ADC into 200 bits of small time slices for number of short message system data transfer. Each time slice will time and data stamp each packet to account for lossy atm mode packets. All data center will be upgrading with SYMM time provider5000 servers(wireless upto 75 ghz carrier frequency).
