Bill,
I agree, too many shares. I bought this stock at a cost average
of $.70. There were 30 ml shares outstanding at the time.
Secondary offerings has ballooned it to over 100 ml. That and
conversations last year with the Company in which they indicated
that in order to qualify for Nasdaq, they would REVERSE split the
stock, lead me to sell better than 3/4 of my shares. I still have
over 800 shares just cuz. I think it will be a great product once
brought to market.
