NAMX - Excellent post by SOROS:
Yes, it is turning. I expect two things next, both of which should propel the stock back -- a financing deal that will show the company still has the support of quality money that knows the value of the EM-Sounder, and an announcement of the cancelling of up to 60 million shares. This alone should double the price of the stock. Zimmer is aware what is happening -- I expect a news release soon. Then perhaps UPR will finally have someone of quality to deal with. They have always liked Stamm. In fact, they liked he and his machine so much that they did not close the door even through the Ebeling thing -- and they made it clear that they did NOT want to deal with him. He was the problem at UPR. Now Zimmer and Stamm can move back to that arena. They will not hype this. They will simply report it when it happens, and IMO, it will happen.
I am psyched again, because I know the potential of Stamm's device. It has been mired in a sea of human muck too long. I originally thought this was an easy $80 stock when it had about 20 million shares. The goal at that time was to simply fly, identify, contract, and collect royalties. Because of the past President's mess, they have sort of been forced to fly, identify, drill, discover, hookup, draw income -- but I expect that this slower way of proving the machine's usefulness in dropping exploration costs will pay off in the long-run. I know Stamm will keep at it. Ziller will get it done this time. I think we will base around .10. Gas income will start. Helium income will then begin. Price should get to .15-.20. If they cancel it back to about 88 million in the meantime, get a major deal with UPR by proving the EM-Sounder (they are going back to Colorado where the UPR helium plant is being constructed), then I don't see why it can't go to $20 based on this. Then, my hopes are that they will either be flying UPR exclusively, be bought out, or continue finding resources, and the income will continue to pour in as fast as they can fly.
I realize there is a lot to fix, but I am confident Ziller will get it done. He is fully aware of the past problems and mess to clean up, yet he sees this as a way to make a lot of money -- so do I. I will be fully-loaded once again after today. I don't expect this price to stay very long -- perhaps only until the next press release, which I expect soon.
