Kistler is a local company working on a reusable launch vehicle for LEO sats. Their success would help fix the lack of launch capacity. I think this issue is a potential bottleneck in the future, particularly if a launch goes bad with a lot of LEOs on it. newspace.com "Space Systems/Loral awarded a contract for ten launches with a value in excess of $100 million.
