"More Republicans were apparently involved and they got more of the money, but there was sleaze all around on this one." Shrug. Have it your way. Republicans changed their votes and/or wrote letters supporting Abramoff's clients after receiving checks. Those are the facts. Whatever else you can say about the Democrats who received money from Abramoff's clients, they have not been implicated in this way.
