That seems one small advantage of Datek. Never been bought in. Executions and cancellations of orders are quick. This is only true for NASD. AMEX and NYSE may take awhile, for whatever reason. If that happend, I was out immediately. Unauthorized Trading: In the Datek thread I read that Datek was arbitrated for "unauthorized trading". Posters pointed out that this may refer to buy-ins. We should look whether E-Trade has been fined yet and whether that's a possible way for you to get back money. Chris
