Naaah. No Republican could have beat Obama. Not with the meltdown. Agreed. Romney would have had a coherent economic message, but just imagine the reporting he would have gotten. You can call me paranoid, but I would still like to know what George Soros (who has been very, very quiet) was doing for the last few months. A short selling attack on the CDS market is just his style.
