At the annual meeting, AGPH officers said that there is no problem getting money for Viracept. It would seem as though PI therapy is quite cost effective when one considers the alternative.

They indicated that the reason that the majority of HIV patients do not get treatment is lack of awareness of their options. The marketing people claim to be working on that issue.
