Well, duh. For an intelligent man.. <shaking my head> That was peremptory. And presumptious. It seems to happen an awful lot on that thread. It's one of the reasons I stay far away. What's the point when people leap to question every possible motive, every nuance. And pouuuuuuncccce. You know what it's like over there.

Sheeesh. This is upsetting. Frankly I steer way clear of folks that deal in "retributive justice", particularly in a setting where it's discussion. What's to retribute? I certainly don't want to fall from a way of peace to a way of war over someone's words to me. And people DO piss me off. Don't get me wrong there. And that does bother me about you. It brings into question for me how much I could trust you. I learned the very hard way to be leery of people who say "revenge is a dish best served cold." There's no telling when it will turn your way. But you are a very decent man in many ways. I don't care to take the "retribution" thing as a reason not to deal with you. I would hope that it passes. And I think you've spoken very clearly here and are making an honest attempt to look at how you might have ruffled feathers, and to make peace. That's cool.

As for me.. I'm an ass and have no place to talk. But I am anyway cause fights make me nuts. I wanna play.
