Ignacio, it's not that I don't want to believe you. I want to believe whatever is true. I'm just trying to assess which point of view seems most credible at this time. Not having access to the evidence myself, nor the scientific training to evaluate the evidence even if I had it, I have to rely on published reports. Right now, the published material seems to favor the case for Martian life.

I do appreciate the fact that you posted your information, though. I feel more informed now. I hope that, if Mr. McSween's ideas are correct, that he gets them reported more widely. It should be interesting to see how this all plays out. Thanks.
