To all, hello-I did a SI text search on RENS to find any current talk and found this thread. Man, the street HATES this REGI/RENS merger deal! REGI has dropped like a rock! RENS likewise of course, as 1 sh RENS will = 0.8 sh REGI. Still in freefall today! What's the bottom? The deal makes sense at first blush; RENS strong mgt consulting competencies and Registry's systems consultants seem to compliment each other perfectly. So why is the street blasting the deal? No news anywhere. Thanks for any commentary.
