Hi, Quang!
There has been a negative article on TRF in Forbes.
The Forbes site does not work right now, but the arguments
of the guy were as follows:
1) He suggested to concentrate on Russia among developing markets a
year ago because of extreme undervaluation.
2) Nothing really has changed, the market is way up.
3) TRF trades at 25% premium over total assets value.
4) So: he recommends selling some TRF, RNE, LUK, and
buying somme Templeton developing markets fund (which
has Russia as well). Reason: diversification.

I'll still stay, but I'm cautious. This 25% makes me somewhat uncomfortable. Yet, we may be close to another step up in the
Russian stock ladder, which could bring us up to $100.
It will probably be smart to be out of Russian stocks some time
before presidential elections. -Vi

P.S. NSCP is heading to high teens, IMHO. It looks like it's time
for this oscillating baby to go down. I'm kickin' myself with ONSL.
I knew about it! 6x in 3 months! Too late now. -Vi
