Hello MacFans! I am a Maccer from Holland. I have a 6500 x 150 but I put in a MaxPowr Pro module from Newer Tech last October. Been strapped in seat belts - since it goes
like a G3 ++.The first ones were expensive,but they should have
come down by now.It is a good alternative to a G3 for older models. You can put the module in yourself easily.Even if you have two left hands!
Incidentally the lowest price for a G3 in Holland is $ 2500-incl.17.5% tax for the government. So $ 1699 is not a bad price.I think the price will be coming down much more once the new generation of G3's hit the market in April. Apple does
not plan to sell directly in Europe: you can order your stuff from Apple's pricelist on the net,then you collect the goods from the nearest dealer,who also will provide service.
