EIDE or not to EIDE:

To all, a techie question-
I am about to purchase a CD R/RW for a Dell 233MHz Pent. II
Nearly the sole purpose will be to copy CD's from my internal CD-ROM.
All devices (hard drive, cd-rom and cd r/rw) will be attached to my
EIDE interface.

questions:

How likely am I to run into dreaded 'buffer underrun' errors?
Is getting a SCSI card and SCSI cd r/rw drive really necessary?

I am considering an HP 7200 (EIDE) vs Yamaha (SCSI).
much thanks,
dart
