As you're aware the letter "D" at the end of their symbol has bothered me as this generally signifies a split has occurred and their website mentions a company restructuring.... I was unable to uncover anything on my own so enlisted the help of a few more knowledgeable... and he's what I heard... there was a reverse split on Eagle Environmental. But it occurred a while ago. There was a 1 for 10 reverse on 12/30/97. The symbol was changed at that time to EGVRD from EGVR. The specific press release is no longer available on Bloomberg but the info regarding the reverse split and symbol change are still there in the company description. #reply-9142129 So,.... I find this information encouraging! In approximately a year and a half the share count is still very low. They haven't been issuing additional shares all this time and diluting. Because, what was it 4M outstanding and 600K in the float? Now... some digging needs to be done to find out what financial arrangements the company made to pay back this $2.5M loan, that is if they secure the property. After all of this, we wouldn't want to get socked with debentures or something.
