I don't believe the MM's are playing games quite to the contrary; if you buy 1/16 up from the bid, and sell 1/16 down from the ask, you pretty much always get your order filled. I don't believe this MM is taking on much of his own inventory of shares on this BB stock. Basically, sell now and buy back cheaper for more news to come, or hold and wait for the next batch of news. When $14mil in financing is to pay off $800k in debt that usually means the remaining cash is to be used for new projects, and it's that news which will help the stock up, when it's hopefully in much firmer hands.
