I phoned the company to obtain additional information...looks like it could be interesting indeed.... From the data you provided, are they saying that 97 EPS numbers are going to be basically flat with Q396 of .11 (you mentioned ~.46....) Sure, cellular will grow but then one has the other contingent of fiber companies (such as MRVC) to deal with..probably room for both... Where do you get earnings estimates? Another thing i noticed was that Shareholders Equity was somewhere around $10MM...seems to me that they will have a secondary offering sometime...Cash is very low...If nothing is mentioned in any of the reports, and i pursue this stock further, I'll investigate and get back....Even 2 more MM shares will be extremely dilutive to current shareholders.... (presently it stands at 6.5 MM Outstanding shares)... This is one thing that hestitates me...
